This part of ISO 8529 provides guidance for those who calibrate protection-level dosimeters and dose-rate meters for area and individual monitoring with reference neutron radiations. This includes the determination of the response as a function of neutron energy and angle of incidence. The operational quantities recommended in ICRU Report 43 ([4] in the Bibliography) and in accordance with ICRU Report 47 ([5] in the Bibliography) are considered.
