備考 この規格に規定されていない特性については，個々の材料購入仕様書によるものとする。

This standard covers the hot rolled steel sheets and strip used for the structural members of automobiles (herein referred to as steel sheets and strip).

Remark: Steel sheets and strip include those with mill scale and without mill scale. Acid pickling or shot blasting is employed to remove mill scale.

Characteristics not specified herein shall be as per individual material purchase specifications.
