この規格は，主として自動車に使用する鋼製の冷間圧造で，かつＩＳＣ－Ａ００－００８Ｙに適合する六角ボルト（以下，ボルトという。）について規定する。
注記１ Ｍ４はＩＳＤ－Ｃ０３－５００Ｙ（十字穴付き小ねじ），Ｍ５はＩＳＤ－Ｃ０３－５０３Ｙ（ヘクサロビュラ穴付き小ねじ）を使用すること。
注記２ 焼きもどし温度が低いボロン鋼を採用しているため，２００℃以上の部位に使用する場合は締結軸力の低下，材料強度の低下に留意すること。
This standard covers steel hexagon bolts formed by cold forging, in compliance with ISC-A00-008Y for general use in automobiles (hereinafter referred to as "bolts").
Notes 1. For the bolts of M4 and M5, bolts of ISD-C03-500Y (Cross-recessed head machine screws(In compliance with GMW3059)) and ISD-C03-503Y (Hexalobular socket head machine screws, pilot point (In compliance with GMW3059)) shall be used respectively.
2. Where bolts should be used at 200℃ or higher, attention shall be paid for reduction of tightening axial force and material strength because bolts of this standard are made of boron steel, tempering temperature of which is low.
