This Recommendation provides an analysis of interference from HEO-type FSS system space operation transmissions into GSO networks in FSS bands subject to Article 22 of the Radio Regulations (RR) epfd limits. It also presents techniques that may be taken into consideration in the design and operation of the TT&C links of HEO-type FSS systems in a manner that ensures adequate protection of co-frequency GSO links in accordance with RR Article 22.
