This Standard specifies procedural requirements for the UK Military Registration of Civil-Owned Aircraft. It applies equally to those aircraft which have previously been considered for Military Registration under the COMA and COMR rules, and also to those aircraft which are operated under the terms of a LTSP.
Note: This standard is not to be used in respect of any aircraft which is owned or is being procured by the MOD.
