This document establishes requirements for a Contractor's quality control system. It identifies each of the elements of a system to be designed, established, and maintained by the Contractor for the purpose of ensuring that supplies and services conform to contract requirements. The system shall be satisfaction to the Authority designated in the contract or their authorized representative, herein referred to as the Quality Assurance Representative.
