This NES specifies the details for the materials, manufacture, type test and packing of 153 mm bore reinforced synthetic rubber hose complete with the couplings for the transfer at sea of Dieso and Avcat by the Abeam method.
The hose has an overall life of 10 years from date of manufacture of which a maximum of 6 years is allowed for working life and up to 4 years in store.
