It does not cover cords of definite length which have any form of electrical termination(s) attached. These are covered in Def Stan 59-XX (see NOTE).
NOTE: Def Stan 59-XX is in the course of preparation. Until its publication, Def Stan 61-12 (Part 7) Section 2 shall continue to be used.
