This INTERIM Defence Standard specifies requirements for a high quality black ethylene propylene diene compound designated EPDM 91, the number being the nominal hardness of the vulcanizatti as given in clause 5, intended for the manufacture of respirator components where there are no dermatitic or toxic considerations.
