For the purposes of this Condition:

a. ‘AQAP 2105’ shall mean the Allied Quality Assurance Publication 2105 – NATO Requirements for Quality Plans latest version at the effective date of contract;

b. ‘AQAP 2110’ shall mean the Allied Quality Assurance Publication 2110 – NATO Quality Assurance Requirements for Design, Development and Production latest version at the effective date of contract;

c. ‘AQAP 2310’ shall mean Allied Quality Assurance Publication 2310 – NATO Quality Assurance Requirements for Aviation, Space and Defence Suppliers latest version at the effective date of contract; and

d. ‘Quality Management System Certificate’ shall mean a current, valid certificate issued by a Certification Body (CB) holding suitable accreditation with the right scope from a national accreditation body.
