The Contractor shall provide a Shared Data Environment (SDE) Service for the Project described at Schedule 1, in accordance with the requirements of this Condition and as specified in the relevant part of the Contract Schedule of Requirements (hereinafter called 'the SDE SOR'), which shall, amongst other things:

a) enable Access exclusively for the organisations and companies who are from time to time parties to the Electronic Information Sharing Agreement (EISA);

b) provide the level of Fidelity and Integrity as set out in this Condition; and

c) provide service support facilities to all Users including manuals, training, help desk and maintenance services.
