This specification relates to a two part hot curing, epoxide adhesive for use where strong metal to metal joints are required.
The designation 'Type QX' applies to the cured adhesive and indicates Its suitability for certain applications where a high degree of compatibility with explosives is a requirement. However, compatibility with all explosives in all environments has not been established , and Design Authorities should seek advice on particular applications from the Director, Explosives Research and Development Establishment, Waltham Abbey ,Essex.
