The purpose of this technical committee report is to
provide useful information for engineers, designers,
consultants, and others involved in the pursuit of water
reuse programs in industrial plants, excluding those in the
electric power generation industry. All aspects of water
reuse, including water recovery, conservation, and
recycle, are within the scope. This report discusses the
various uses of water in industrial plants, the important
parts of a water reuse program, and the potential impact
of water impurities on industrial operations.
