This document serves as a companion to NPR 8715.6 and NASA-STD-8719.14 and provides each NASA program and project with supporting material to assist in implementing the NPR and the NASA-STD. The uniform processes, procedures, practices, and methods that have been endorsed in NPR 8715.6 and NASA-STD 8719.14 are further explained.
