This specification established the requirements for a hand wipe cleaner that is not an ozone depleting substance (ODS). This specification has been approved by the George C. Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) and is available for use by MSFC and associated contractors. Any subcontractor proposed variations to materials or processes specified in this document will be submitted to NASA MSFC M&P for approval. Approval by NASA MSFC M&P is required before implementation. The contractor will supply necessary technical supporting test data and Safety Data Sheets.
