SCOPE OF THE TEPSO MANUAL
Following the aim of the TEPSO Manual, the desired end state of PSO training and education is to ensure that every individual and unit nominated for a NATO-led PSO meets the operational requirements.
AIM OF THE TEPSO MANUAL
The aim of the TEPSO Manual is:
a. to enhance interoperability by recommending overarching training objectives to contribute to the development of capabilities of personnel and units designated or selected for NATO-led PSOs;
b. to harmonise basic procedures;
c. to standardise and improve PSO tactics and techniques.
