AIM

The aim of this agreement is to establish criteria for aircraft interior and exterior lighting. Exterior lighting means aircraft navigation, position, formation, and anti-collision lights. Further, for both interior and exterior lighting, this agreement is to establish criteria for both non-NVG and NVG compatible (or Night Vision Imaging System (NVIS) compatible). This agreement also contains non-NVG and NVG Aircrew Station Warning, Caution and Advisory Signals and Emergency Escape/Evacuation Lighting.
