The aim of this NATO standardization agreement (STANAG) is to respond to the following interoperability requirements.
INTEROPERABILITY REQUIREMENTS
This STANAG will contribute to interoperability by describing the minimum required training for developing a training schedule for participating nations. This STANAG is applicable for all aircrews and designated flying personnel prone to risk of water distress situations.
