1.0 SCOPE
This specification covers the Company's requirements for fluorocarbon refrigerant for initial filling or recharging of refrigerant systems. These refrigerants will be: dichlorodifluoromethane, CFC-12 (R-12), and 1,1,1,2 -tetrafluoroethane, HFC-134a (R-134a), as defined by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers in ANSI/ASHRAE 34-1992.
