1.0 SCOPE
This specification is in two parts: Part I -General Elastomeric Materials Part II -"O" Ring Materials This part of the specification covers the material requirements of elastomeric materials for "O" rings, rectangular section rings and similar seals or gaskets, used for static or dynamic applications in the Corporation's products. General requirements for rings are cited in the Engineering Standard Parts Book, Sections S and SM, with which this part of the specification will be used.
