This is a method for determining the ability of a dry film paint to adhere to a subjacent surface or to a subjacent dry film of paint or primer.

APPLICATION

This test method may be used in the field, on job sites, or in the laboratory. When used in the field or on job sites the specimen to be tested is the coated part or article on which the adhesion is to be evaluated. When used in the laboratory the specimens generally consist of specially prepared test panels.
