INTERN MPAPS D-50B1-B2 PDF

This specification covers the general requirements, property and performance requirements, quality, identification, qualification, source approval, and quality control for materials designed under MPAPS D-50B1 and D-50B2.

APPLICATION

This specification applies to bumper-grade, thermoplastic olefins (TPOs) with twenty (20) percent talc content intended for exterior truck bodies. TPOs designated under MPAPS D-50B1 are integrally colored parts, are not meant for painted applications and for Type A applications, with an UV stabilizer. TPOs designed under MPAPS D-50B2 are meant for painted applications and decorative applications, without an UV stabilizer.
