INTERN MPAPS D-50C1-C2 PDF

This specification covers the general requirements, property and performance requirements, quality, identification, qualification, source approval, and quality control for materials designed under MPAPS D-50C1 and D-50C2.

APPLICATION

This specification applies to side skirt-grade, thermoplastic olefins (TPOs) with twenty (20) percent talc content intended for exterior truck bodies. TPOs designated under MPAPS D-50C1 are integrally colored parts with a UV stabilizer with Class A, highly exposed surfaces that are not to be painted or coated. TPOs designated under MPAPS D-50C2 are meant for painted applications and decorative applications, without a UV stabilizer.
