This specification covers all F/CMVSS & NDR regulations to which our vehicles are subject. It includes a brief description of what the requirement pertains to and the objective evidence required to be submitted for compliance by the supplier. The supplier should be knowledgeable that they are providing a vehicle system or component that must conform to specific regulatory requirements and that they are responsible for and must provide Navistar specific regulatory compliance documentation. The supplier should be provided a Design Requirements Document (DRD) and/or stamps on the drawing which identify the regulations applicable to a component or system.
