2.0 SCOPE
This specification covers general requirements, property and performance requirements, and the quality control requirements for two types of non-metallic tubing: non-reinforced (Type A) and fiber reinforced (Type B). However, neither type shall be used for compressor discharge lines or in any area where sustained temperature exceeds 93°C (200°F). The maximum working pressure for this tubing is 1034 kPa (150 psi).
