This specification covers the material and performance requirements of aluminized steel, aluminum, and plastic fuel tanks, including requirements of the Process Verification Plan and Report, the manufacturing quality plan, quality control and source approval, supplier's compliance reports, painting, appearance criteria, and shipping and identification requirements.
