A Database Management System shall be provided, to enable the National Grid Company plc (NGC) to make changes to the configuration of the Substation Control System. This Specification details the facilities required of the Database Management System:
(i) Creation of the database (including MMI picture files).
(ii) Modification of the database.
(iii) Verification of the database.
(iv) Comparison between versions of the database.
(v) Backing up of the database.
(vi) Printing of the database.
(vii) Provision of an audit trail of database creation and change.
