PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This procedure defines the activities undertaken by the Core Construction Cost Assurance Representatives at each investment phase and identifies the interfaces with National Grid internal stakeholders and the alliances.

Whilst this sets out the approach to be taken for the review and assessment of various projects, it cannot cover every eventuality and some flexibility may be required.

This procedure applies to all alliance based projects unless advised otherwise.
