GENERAL

A qualified representative designated by the three networks will act on their behalf during the period of the contract and is hereinafter referred to as "The Engineer".

The tenderer is responsible for carrying out the design and supply of the equipment, definition of tests for hardware and software, and the supply of all documentation, in a professional manner. He must take all necessary steps to ensure complete conformance with the requirements specified in this document and the Appendices, using ‘state of the art' technology.

The successful tender will be required to carry out whatever modifications or additional tests are required, if agreed with the Engineer during the contract.
