This Notice Board applies to all projects upgrading level crossings to OMSL systems or signalling projects moving signals in the vicinity of level crossings that have, or might be upgraded to, OMSL.

Purpose 

This notice provides guidance on the application of OMSL level crossing systems where one or more signals exist within a strike-in area and things to consider if considering applying for a standards variation against NR/L2/SIG/11201/ModX39 clause 5.1.3 item (b).
