This standard and the associated policy apply to all Network Rail employees.
Contractors providing services to Network Rail shall comply with the policy on working safely (section 5 of this standard) and shall have arrangements in place to do so which are equivalent to or better than those specified within section 6 of this standard.
Purpose
The purpose of this standard is to set out Network Rail's policy and related implementation arrangements to ensure that employees and contractors work safely.
