This module applies to any signalling intervention planned through the signalling workbank (minor works are excluded).
Purpose
This module specifies how to measure signalling volume and the system features to be delivered by major signalling interventions. This supports effective planning and assurance at local and network level, and regulatory reporting of planned and delivered effective volumes to stake holders.
This reduces the risk of insufficient finance or resources being available to deliver signalling renewals and supports efficiency reporting to reduce financial risk.
