This module applies to Maintenance and Delivery Organisations who are undertaking drainage pipe maintenance or refurbishment (e.g. rodding and jetting, pipe clearing, etc.).

Purpose

This module helps to mitigate the risk of drainage system failure by informing the work instruction for the maintenance of drainage pipes. It includes both manual and mechanical methods.

This module should be read in conjunction with NR/L2/CIV/005/11, Drainage Maintenance and NR/L2/CIV/005/12, Maintenance of Chambers and supports the following Maintenance standard jobs:

• 009322 – Drainage – Pipe Maintain Mechanical
