Purpose
The purpose of this document is to provide a systematic and structured approach to preparing and responding to the threat of extreme weather conditions, the triggers and monitoring regime that determine when action needs to take place to prevent Overhead Line Equipment (OLE) failures that lead to disruption of the line, and the actions that are required to prevent any service affecting failures.
