This competence standard applies in all circumstances where any person is required to undertake work affecting integrity of DC CRE on Network Rail controlled infrastructure.
This module is designed to train persons whose work involves the inspection of the DC CRE and its systems, including the safety risks, all required CRE assets and the use of layout, drawings and records.
Purpose
The purpose of this competence standard is to define the competence requirements for persons required to undertake inspection of the DC Conductor Rail Equipment (CRE). The person is most likely to be in a team leader role.
