Purpose
This specification sets out the minimum requirements for the assessment of personnel who undertake work on the DC Conductor Rail System and/or isolation work on DC Conductor Rail Equipment (CRE) on Network Rail controlled infrastructure. It defines processes that are used and the standards that are required to be achieved so that personnel are competent to perform the work.
