This module applies to all design authorities producing signalling design for use on Network Rail infrastructure and covers the general presentation arrangements and colour conventions to be used on signalling drawings. It covers design on both:

a) existing signalling records; and

b) and on newly created design drawings

Purpose

This module details the conventions and colour representation to be used on signalling design drawings. The use of these conventions provides clear and consistent presentation of design for installation and testing purposes so as to avoid confusion during both the phases.
