Purpose

This module provides information regarding the use of the Signalling Overrun Risk Assessment Tool (SORAT) to identify suitable mitigations that reduce layout signalling risk So Far As Is Reasonably Practicable (SFAIRP). It provides information that promotes consistency in the Signal Overrun Risk Assessment process through the use of the SORAT software in a uniform manner.
