This Module applies to all Projects to alter, or with the potential to affect the fitness for purpose of, Network Rail’s Infrastructure, that meet the selection criteria defined in NR/L3/SIG/10064 NR/GI/T001 (Testing – General) for testing to NR/L2/SIG/30014.

The inclusions and exclusions documented in NR/L2/SIG/30014/A110 also apply to the scope of this Module.

Purpose

This Module is part of the suite of documents contained within the Signalling Works Testing Handbook, NR/L2/SIG/30014, which together detail the requirements for signalling works testing activities.

It provides requirements and guidance on the management and control of Test Straps, Simulation Products and Test Instruments for Signalling Works Testing, in support of NR/L3/SIG/10064 NR/GI/U034 (Management and Control of Straps).
