General

This test specification is formed of the following sections, which correlate to the competency levels identified in NR/L2/SIG/30014/B410 for this type of equipment or testing.

• Integration Testing – Integration #, or

• The Correspond competency level of the relevant Equipment Specific type.

NOTE: Correspondence testing of points shall always require the Tester to be competent to Correspond the relevant Equipment Specific type.

General definitions of terms are given in NR/L2/SIG/30014/E110, however terms specific to this specification are defined below.

These tests may be carried out as part of Coordinated Testing. The use of Coordinated Testing shall be stated in the Test Plan.

$ = The use of the Test Certificates and Test Record forms associated with this Test Specification is not mandated in all cases; it may not be appropriate for smaller scale works. Where the Test Certificate is not used, the Master Test Certificate shall be endorsed "N/A" in the number of sheets column, and the Tester shall the sign for the satisfactory completion of testing on the relevant Equipment Specific Test Certificate. Also, depending on the equipment to be tested, alterations may be required to the entries on the Test Certificates; this is permitted but any such alterations shall be independently checked.
