This instruction applies to all persons engaged in the maintenance of CRT CIS monitors used by Network Rail and/or the SFO.
Purpose
This instruction defines the requirements for an inspection regime by the telecoms maintainers of CIS monitors used by Network Rail and/or the SFO.
The purpose of maintaining CIS monitors is to decrease the incidence of failures and to identify potential defects before they become service effecting.
