This module applies to use of the Tunnel examination report template for reporting:
a) Detailed Examinations, Visual Examinations and Additional Examinations of lined Tunnels;
b) Unlined Tunnel Examinations, Visual Examinations and Additional Examinations of unlined Tunnels.
Purpose
The purpose of this module is to give guidance to the methods to be used and data to be provided to record the results of an examination of a Tunnel, and to derive the Tunnel condition marking index (TCMI) score.
