This procedure applies to all Network Rail employees who in the course of their duties or for their personal development require the services of the Competence and Training organisation as well as Line Managers, Human Resources Managers and Competence and Training people who may be involved in the planning and administration of training needs.

Purpose

This procedure sets out the process to be followed so that all training needs are planned for delivery to meet the timescales proposed on the training needs analysis submitted to the Training Administration teams within the Competence and Training Management. This procedure also sets out the process for the administration of training delivery.
