This procedure applies to all people who are trained or assessed by personnel employed by Network Rail Competence & Training Management. Where a person is assessed by their Line Manager as part of Assessment in the line they shall raise any complaint through the normal grievance procedures.
Purpose
The purpose of this procedure is to ensure that people who are trained or assessed have the right to appeal against an assessment decision made by their trainer and to provide a working appeals system to facilitate fair treatment.
