Purpose

This standard defines the processes required to evaluate Network Rail training programmes at immediate (assessments) and reaction level (as per the Kirkpatrick model) and intermediate level evaluation (as per Network Rail's methodology).

In addition it also defines the process to be followed for complaints associated with Network Rail's training events.
