a) Level 1, level 2 and level 3 investigations led by Network Rail;

b) investigations led by other Railway Group members or contractors;

c) RAIB investigations (including learning points);

d) judicial and HSE inquiries;

d) independent review governance panel;

e) ORR inspection plan report;

f) Coroners Regulation 28 directed to Network Rail.

Purpose

This module provides a consistent, comprehensive and structured process for the management of recommendations and local actions arising from inquiries, investigations and ORR inspections.
