This procedure specifies the means by which audits are planned, and the audits conducted. It includes the necessity for the monitoring and closure of Nonconformances raised and the responsibilities of those involved.
This process shall be used in conjunction with the Network Rail Audit Manual RT/LS/P/036.
Purpose
The purpose of this procedure is to establish the process for planning, and conducting System, Technical and Special Topic audits within the Maintenance organisation.
