Application
This Section shall be applied when a Bridge Strike is reported at a Bridge over or under the railway involving a:
• road vehicle, or a
• waterborne vessel
The requirements of this Section are not applicable to an incident in which rail borne plant collides with a Bridge. Such incidents shall be managed, recorded and reported as a possession irregularity.
