Each year Network Rail’s Autumn preparations are focused between 01 October and 13 December. This module applies to all Network Rail and contract staff engaged in the maintenance, renewal and operational running of Network Rail’s infrastructure.
Purpose
This module supports the rail industry in managing its preparations for the Autumn period. This module mandates how Network Rail prepares, manages and responds to risks arising from Autumn weather related hazards. It minimises the risk of Autumn related safety incidents.
