This procedure applies to all Routes where Regulations for Train Signalling by the Radio Electronic Token Block System apply.
PURPOSE
This procedure sets out the process to monitor communications and movement of trains. It enables compliance with current procedures for Radio Electronic Token Block (RETB) signalling system and the process for issue of Transportable Token Unit and Castell Keys (if applicable).
